The Police Leavers Partnership combines years of policing experience with the expertise of occupational psychologists and recruitment. Working closely with the Police Federation, CPOSA, PSA, Unison, and the National Police Wellbeing Service/ Oscar Kilo, we recognise the challenges that officers and staff experience as they leave policing. Building on years of working with colleagues, the Police Leavers Gateway contains the information and guidance they have told us would be key to their leaving well.
